Week summary
May 5th
He hecho muchas cosas esta semana porque ha habido muchas pruebas en la jornada escolar. Por ejemplo, he estudiado para mi eoc prueba de historia, chemisry, e Inglés. Necesito un buen grado si quiero ir a la buena universidad en el futuro. También he dormido más porque es importante que duerma lo suficiente y no quiero quedarme dormido durante ningún examen.

March 22nd
Quarter 3/4 reflection
Over the course of this year I feel that I have grown in some ways. For example, I think I have improved in my presentational speaking because it became easier for me to form sentences and say them instantly and not have to struggle with them as much .In this way, I believe I can use connectors effectively as well as transitions. I have also improved on my interpretive skills as well. I am able to read the texts that are given to me even if there are some unrecognizable words that I quit dont understand. However, I still need to work on my interprersonal speaking because my follow up questions are not as strong as they need to be. But overall I honestly think I've grown. And hopefully that continues throughout the year.

I watched s3 episode 1 of "El Internado." For weeks nobody knows anything about Fermin. His boss is sure that the cook has betrayed them and has fled with the work of El Bosco that he found but now the first thing is to look for a substitute. Nora, an attractive and determined young woman, will be the new infiltrated in the school, the one in charge to finish the mission that the cook began. A beautiful white owl visits the window of Paula's room every morning, the same morning visit to her friend the gnome. Miguel with his sarcasm manages to create existential doubts in the small ones speaking to them of the reincarnation. Meanwhile, Elsa is also trying very hard to overcome the death of the gnome, the brother she had just discovered. Pedro managed to save Elsa from death after she took a whole bottle of pills. The boys believed they had learned the whole truth about who attacked Mark in the passages. They were convinced that Hector was the aggressor but now Julia has helped them unwittingly to discover that they were in error, it was not Hector

I watched s2 episode 8 of "El Internado." It's Christmas and everyone is getting ready to go on break with their families. Ivan and Carol speak of not coming back of the school. Before Ivan leaves, he does stop to say goodbye to Maria and apologize for treating her wrongly. They are about to leave when they find out Marcos is in trouble. They escape the bus to find him in the secret passage. They are in there because Paula went in there to find the Father Christmas alone. Marcos goes after her and he finds a guy dressed as Father Christmas, who knocks him out. Once he is conscious, he and Paula escape the passage. On the way back to school, they discover a bus filled with kids from their school. The bus driver has a branch in his shoulder. Marco seeks help and they make it back safely to school. They find the guy dressed as Santa and follow him. When he takes off the disguise, it's Hector. However their is a suspicious teacher who get should a text to go to the passage. He goes and meet a lady who is nursing a baby. She seems to not know how long she has been in there. In the meantime, Hector finds out Elsa is cheating on him and breaks up with her, saying that he didn't love her and he was in love with someone else. As a result, Elsa results in taking a bottle of pills. We also discover that Irene Espi is Marco's mother.
I was on Duolingo for 15 minutes a day, Monday-Wednesday.

In season 2 episode 7 of "El Internado" they find out there is a traitor among the group, which is Carol. She burned the evidence and deleted the file they were trying to recover. We later find out she did it because she was blackmailed into doing it in order to save her mother, who's in the hospital. Fermin is looking for famous pictures hidden within the structure of the school. Maria helps him. The detectives discover that someone giant took the missing judge. Paula tells the detectives that it was the gnome and she can led them to him. Jacinta tries to protect the gnome the best she can. Elsa is curious about the gnome since she knows he's her twin brother. Elsa follows Jacinta into the gnome's cave. Elsa ends up tripping over something and hitting her head. The gnome tries to help her but the police stop him since it seems like he hurt Elsa. They shot at the gnome several times until he falls on the ground. Paula rushes to her friend, the gnome, and tell the police that he was a good gnome.

I watched S2 E6 of "El Internado." In this episode, Ivan finds out that his parents aren't really his parents and that he was bought by his "dad." I think he knows that Maria is his biological mother and she's the one who sold him. The group sent a missing ad in the newspaper along with a pic and contact number. The person is the pic is now an adult and a judge. They asked her about her identity but she resisted telling them until they told her what they knew. She then reveal that she remembers the place and agreed to set up an investigation and have them testify and bring evidence. However, Caroline burned the evidence. Caroline is also recovering from her mom's heart attack. Hector and Elsa gets married. It concludes with Fermin finding something hidden inside a mirror.

Video summary
This video was about the poverty in Argentina. Diego discuss indigent people, and he offers a scenario in which a single mother has little to no resources for her children. Diego elaborated that poverty from 1990 to 2015 has pretty much stayed the same and that it needed to change. Later on he discussed how the government was going to start social plans in order to help the poverty rates. However, later on it was found that as inflation increased, the poverty would increase as well. Overall, the video discussed how this would be a fight to end poverty within Argentina.
